Terms Of Service (✿◠‿◠)

USER AGREEMENTBy commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms in the link below.
You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me.
Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.I'm aware the TOS may be long but it's there to protect you and me. I will simplify the main points here;

✿ 100% payment must be made before I start.
✿ Paypal ONLY - USD
✿ NO AI/NFT
✿ You must be 18+ to commission any NSFW art
✿ Personal use only - Do not steal my art and claim as your own or re-sell on any merch.
✿ Do not harrass me for a slot or rush me, please.
✿ I have the right to decline or cancel any piece. If I cancel, you will be refunded 100%.
✿ I reserve the right to sign my work and publish it where I see fit (examples, portfolios, etc.)but you have a right to your privacy. If you do not want me to publish any WIP or the full piece, I will respect that just let me know ahead of time.
✿ I have the right to charge a fee for super complex pieces.
✿ DO NOT send any payment before confirmation.
✿ During the WIP, you may change or modify up to 3 times. After that, you will be charged. There will be no changes to the final piece unless it's my fault.
✿I will work on commissions in order - I will let you know where you are in the queue
✿I will never draw children or child-like characters in any kind of suggestive/lewd way. Do not even ask.
✿ NO REFUNDS
✿ Must credit me :)
